What Do We do?
Here at Mr. Homes Inspector, I (or Duncan for short) complete reports on the condition of your properties, detailing specific areas that are damaged and/or need attention. After one or two hours of reporting on site, I then send a report straight to your email within 24 hours. I currently offer two types of reports:
Property Inspection Reports.
Walk Through’s.
The property inspection reports are sent to your email, whereas the walk through reports are done by simply walking through a property with you and verbally explaining what potential damages are present.

About Us
Hi! I’m Duncan Cameron. I operate Mr. Homes Inspector as a one man band, reporting the condition of thousands of homes per year all over the Bay of Plenty region. I’m a father of one awesome daughter, I love to travel (although not much of that has happened in 2020) and I’ve been rocking my mo for as long as I can remember!
I have roughly 25 years of experience in the residential construction industry I, I’m a qualified builder, I have a Diploma in Architecture, I’ve owned my own construction company and I’ve worked as a residential and commercial project manager for the past two and a half years. These projects range from small renovations to high end, multi million dollar homes, from footings to final inspections.
So I can bring an impressive amount of knowledge and expertise onto your property and I can help you improve the condition of your home or investment property in no time!

Our lowest priced reports start at $295 and our highest priced reports start at $795. These reports are extremely detailed and include accurate images, plus. If you are on-site at the time of inspection, I can provide lots of advice, tips and more!

Important Information
You need to be aware that it is possible for problems in a house to be disguised to prevent detection. If you notice things that were not visible at the time of our inspection visit on the day you move into the property then you should immediately contact us to discuss.
