We will send you a comprehensive report (also known as a builders report or pre-purchase report) showing and explaining any defects associated with the property — from the subfloor to the roof. You will receive a full in-depth report (in a PDF format which is sent to your email) on any areas that require maintenance or repair in the properties area, including drainage (all visual), this also details areas that could be high risk to water ingress and may require attention in the near future.

We also project manage any tasks surrounding council requirements. We can take care of all relevant paperwork, assist in completing outstanding council consent requirements (CCC), and help with obtaining a certificate of acceptance for any unconsented building work (COA).

Property Inspection

This report is how you can learn about every single part of your home in extremely specific detail. Everything on your property is inspected, and if anything happens to need any level of repairs or maintenance. It is on this report, from small cracks within your window joinery to lifted nails on your roof. This report details it all AND images so you are not left in the dark.

Walk Through’s

Here, we simply walk around your property. With you and call out anything that requires attention. Think of this as a Property Report, without the PDF email and photos. This type of reporting works quite well if you have a limited time frame and budget.
